How to collect saliva with Charm Protect Microtube:

Step 1: Opena tube cap. Assemble the tube with a funnel as shown in picture.

Step 2: Spit and collect liquid saliva (not including foam) until it reaches the indicated line.

Step 3: Remove the funnel. Recap the tube tightly to ensure no leaking.

Step 4: Invert the tube for at least 10 times.
